In ricordo di Edmondo Bernacca: lancio di una Radiosonda Meteo da Fivizzano

Il 17 ottobre 2025, alle ore 10:00 (ora locale), dal Comune di Fivizzano (MS) in Toscana, verrà lanciato un pallone sonda dedicato alla memoria del celebre meteorologo Edmondo Bernacca, una figura che ha ispirato generazioni alla passione per la scienza e la conoscenza del clima. L’iniziativa, che unisce didattica, scienza ed attrazione per la radio, nasce dalla stretta collaborazione tra gli studenti dei Licei Lunigianesi e alcune Sezioni dell’Associazione Radioamatori Italiani – Zona 5 e Zona 4.L’evento, le immagini e i dati trasmessi dalla radiosonda, saranno visibili in diretta anche sul canale YouTube dei Licei Lunigianesi e via satellite radioamatoriale EsHail-OSCAR 100. II3ROC, cinquecento anni della Rocca di Monfalcone

La Rocca di Monfalcone, considerata il simbolo della città, è una costruzione fortificata in pietra che si erge sulle vicine alture carsiche. La struttura è composta da un mastio a pianta quadrata circondata da una cinta muraria difensiva di forma circolare. Le vicende storiche l’hanno più volte coinvolta causando devastazioni e successivi ripristini. Quest’anno ricorre il quinto centenario della sua ricostruzione a opera della Repubblica di Venezia. Per celebrare tale evento, la Sezione ARI di Monfalcone ha richiesto e ottenuto dal Ministero il nominativo speciale II3ROC e ha creato una QSL commemorativa. Tutti i radioamatori e gli SWL potranno ricevere la QSL, purché effettuino un QSO bilaterale i primi o inviino un rapporto di ascolto i secondi.
